We are happy to share that upgrades are continuing at properties throughout the portfolio and many refurbishments are now complete, with more to come in time for peak season.

Updates and refurbs in Tanzania

Serengeti Migration Camp: Structural works in the lounge and dining are completed along with installation of new lighting. A new bar and shop will soon be complete, along with new furniture, lighting, décor, and textiles in all areas including the main lounge, rooms, and dining areas.

Serengeti Pioneer Camp: Basic maintenance is complete, and the team is working on a new bar in the lounge, new furniture and decor in the rooms and lounge, and a revamp of the pool.

Kilindi Zanzibar: Structural works have been largely completed along with new lighting installed in public areas. The rooms will be refreshed with new furniture, textiles, and décor, along with new furniture in the bar, lounge, and upstairs area. A full revamp of the upstairs area into a new bar and lounge is also planned.

Updates and refurbs in Kenya

Elephant Pepper Camp: A full new lounge and dining tent were installed, along with a temporary bar, new furniture, new lighting, and new pathways, as well as a new shop. In the next phase, there will be additional new furniture in public areas, along with new artwork, wall panelling and wallpaper. A custom bar will also be available to guests. Work is planned to bring new carpeting to the dining area, new textiles in the rooms including curtains, along with a new public restroom tent.

Sand River Masai Mara: Maintenance work has largely been completed and the next phase will bring new furniture in all lounges and dining areas, new lighting in rooms and public areas, new outdoor seating areas, new firepit areas and some new textiles in the rooms.
