Loisaba Conservancy has been awarded a ‘one to watch’ award in the Nature Positive Responsible Tourism category at the Responsible Tourism Awards which took place at WTM Cape Town on the 10th April. Highlighted amongst only 20 organisations across Africa this accolade underpins the conservancy’s commitment to conservation.
Harold Goodwin, ICRT global founder and chair of the judges said:
“These are not easy awards to win. The judging process is intense. To be on this recognition list is a massive achievement. By entering these awards you shine a light on ideas and innovation that will inspire others. We know taking responsibility for tourism is hard, but your work has shown what is possible. Together we will inspire the Responsible Tourism changemakers of the future.”
